You are multi-dimensional
Updated: Jan 14, 2022
You are a spiritual being in a physical body. You were born with everything you need to live a full and fulfilled life. You are infinitely more than you can ever think or dream of.
You are multi-dimensional with multiple facets. When you know what these dimensions are, you can bring so much more to the world. You can be so much more.

We are responsible for our well-being, challenges, and messes.’ – Pamela McLean
Uncovering your different parts is a journey of discovery. Inside you, there is a strong and brave part that conquers life. Inside you, there is a weak and insecure part that sometimes fears life. Inside you, there is a creative and playful part that enjoys life.
We owe it to ourselves and the world to embrace these different parts. Some of our parts we may like and other parts dislike. Some parts we want to hide, some we give too much energy, and some we give too much power.
When we ignore and hide some of our parts, we become fragmented. We become separated from our parts. We notice the parts that we don’t want, the parts that don’t help us – the parts that have become redundant and do not serve us anymore, but rather hold us back.
Voices are grounded in the different parts of you. Emotions are the feelings you associate with these parts. You have the responsibility to take care of your emotions. It requires you to integrate the different parts into balance and harmony.
The first step to integration is to step back and observe yourself. Become aware of the roles your parts play and the energy they bring and the purpose they serve in your life. They can be fearful, controlling and also critical.
Be aware, they can be overly cautious and manipulative, timid, blaming, demanding, pessimistic, and labelling.
They can also be playful, caring, creative, free, joyful, perceptive, open, innovative, organising, and assertive. It is up to us to decide which of our parts we allow to come in to play.
Accept their presence and the value they bring to your life. Give them what they need: a purpose, a conversation, a contribution, a project, art, music, nature, anything that will bring you into harmony.
Appreciate the impact and difference they make and the significance they bring to the world.
You will be in awe when you see how they can contribute to your lightness of being.
